What hardware will you support?

Current onboarding supports Solis hybrid inverter data, SunSynk monitoring, MyEnergi Zappi EV charging, Ohme EV charging, Hypervolt beta charger context, Octopus tariffs, and reviewed manual/non-Octopus tariff setups. LuxPowerTek remains a beta path. Daikin heat-pump access remains approval-pending while vendor approval completes.

Do I need to install new hardware?

No new hardware needed. 1app connects to your existing devices using the same cloud apps you already have.

Do I need to change battery settings daily?

Accepted Answer

No for supported controlled setups. For SunSynk beta monitoring and other monitoring-only paths, 1app.energy gives visibility first and does not send battery commands.

What happens if connectivity is lost?

Your devices simply continue with their last known schedules or manufacturer defaults.

Yes. Your API keys are stored encrypted using AES-256 and only used to read or change settings you've explicitly allowed.
